Components of Mivan Formwork:
There are four major components of mivan aluminum formwork.
- Wall Components
- Beam Components
- Deck Components
- Corner Components
Here are a brief description of the above-mentioned components.
1. Wall Components
There are different wall components as described below.
(I) Wall Panel
Wall panel is the key part of mivan aluminum formwork. Aluminum sheets are used to make wall panels. Wall panels fix with each other with the help of a stub pin.

It is an L-shaped panel that has allotment holes for stub pins to provide support to the wall panels.
(III) Kickers
Kickers work as a ledge to support the wall panels by making a wall face at the top of the panel. It helps to correct the layout of the wall panel.
(IV) Stub Pin
The stub pin joins all the wall components together.
2. Beam Components

A Beam side panel is a rectangular type structure cut into the desired size according to the beam which forms both sides of the beam.
(II) Prop Head and Panel for Soffit Beam
If there are no beam supports then prop heads are provided. Prop head has a V-shaped head for easy dislodging of the formwork.
A soffit beam panel is a rectangular aluminum structure placed in the prop head to support the soffit beams.
3. Deck Components
There are three deck components.
(I) Deck Panels
It is a flat panel made of aluminum. Concrete is poured on this surface.
(II) Deck Prop and Prop Length
Deck props and prop length joint together to provide support to slab.
