In this article we will discuss about assumptions of Bernoulli’s theorm.
Formula of Bernoulli’s theorm is given below.
p+12ρv2+ρgh=constant
Where p is the pressure applied by the fluid, v is the velocity of the fluid, ρ is the density of the fluid and h is the height of the object.
To apply Bernoulli’s equation some assumptions must be followed. Otherwise, this equation will not give proper result.
10 Assumptions Of Bernoulli’s Theorm
- The velocity is constant.
- The flow is consistent.
- The flow is steady.
- The flow is nonrotational.
- The fluid is incompressible.
- Flow is caused solely by gravity.
- There is no energy loss in the flow.
- The curve path’s centrifugal force is ignored.
- Frictional and viscous drag forces are also ignored.
- A continuous stream of liquid.
