Job Description:
Asico real estate llc is looking for an Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed
payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant/Senior Accountant’s responsibilities include Bank, AR, AP, Payroll, prepaid and Depreciation, and reconciling bank statements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Responsibilities:
- Request quotations as may be required and Creation of LPO.
- Handling of Petty Cash, Bank, and preparing of Bank Reconciliation.
- Booking and Monitoring of Utility Bills, Purchase Invoices and Supplier’s balance monitoring. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Maintaining schedule for different general ledger accounts including Bank, AR, AP, Payroll, prepaid and Depreciation, employee visa and insurances. Performing intercompany reconciliation and transactions
- Very strong in day-to-day accounting entries.
- Preference to person who had handled GL Accountant or Senior Accountant role previously in which he/she had handled all areas of accounts like Bank, AR, AP, Payroll, prepaid, Intercompany etc.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Assisting Accounts Manager on month end reporting, audit financial transactions and documents.
- Any reports or schedules or additional work as per request of Management.
Requirements and skills:
- Work experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, FreshBooks and QuickBooks etc.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail, Team Player, and good analytical skills.
- B.com with MBA (Finance) or relevant degree. Additional accounting certification Like (CAP, CPA, or CMA) is a plus.
