Candidates must possess exceptional skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, preparing BOQs, and supervising site activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, architects, and interior designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create detailed interior fitout designs using AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications to ensure accurate project costing.
Oversee the implementation of fitout projects, ensuring adherence to design plans and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide guidance to contractors and construction teams.
Identify potential challenges during the fitout process and propose effective solutions.
Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
Uphold safety standards and regulations throughout the fitout process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum of [3] years of proven experience in interior fitout projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp or 3ds Max), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong ability to prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.
Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional designs.
Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude to tackle challenges effectively.
