1. Cement Grouting
Concrete Grouting is the infusion of pumpable Portland concrete-based grout into a dirt or rock arrangement to change the actual qualities of the development.
Concrete Grouting is the infusion under the tension of concrete or grout to make up for shortcomings or breaks in the dirt, rock unit, or solid structure. Concrete Grouting is a cycle by which concrete is infused compelled to make up for cracks and shortcomings in solid structures.
2. Chemical Grouting
Chemical grouting is a soil stabilization method that uses a polyurethane chemical grout injection process to transform low-fine granular soils into sandstone monolithic masses. The grouting approach is performed by inserting 1/2″ steel rods into weak soil zones and then injecting a high-density structural polyurethane into the area. In this process, grout stabilizes the soil directly in the weak zone.
3. Bentonite Grouting
In the Bentonite Grouting process, sodium bentonite is utilized as a grouting material. Normally, it is used to drill holes of the abandonment, grout in wells, sailing monitoring well, etc.
4. Resin Grouting
Resin grouting made of epoxy resin combined with a filler powder. This makes it waterproof and completely resistant to stains. It is highly durable which makes it the ideal choice for splashbacks, floors, and high-traffic areas.
5. Bituminous Grouting
Bituminous Grouting is a special type of grouting where melted bitumen is used as grouting material. This type of grouting is often used to cut off high magnitude, subterranean water inflows.
