Saudi Aramco is the biggest company of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Aramco mostly hires saudi citizens for job. But that is not 100 percent true. There are some expatriates still working on Saudi Aramco payroll.
In the past, Saudi Arabia’s labour market evolved around expatriates. These expatriates comes from various countries such India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc.

Most of the job in Saudi Aramco is for Saudi Citizens. I worked in Saudi Aramco on behalf of other company and found that most of peoples are from Saudi.
Saudi Aramco outsource most of their work to other companies and contractors. In these companies you can find most of the employees are expatriates.
These aramco suppliers hires expatriates. These suppliers pay very low salary to expat workers. And there are lots of instances, they harass expat workers. Most of the daily routine works are done by these contractors.
There are some expat still working in Research & Development sector. Some other expat working in other sectors due to their unique skill.
If you want to work in Saudi Aramco. You can apply directly on Saudi Aramco website. Chances of selection for an expatriates is low.
Even you are selected in Saudi Aramco. You will not get same salary and respect.
