Sandblasting, all the more generally known as abrasive blasting, is the activity of persuasively impelling a surge of abrasive material against a surface constrained to smooth a harsh surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or eliminate surface foreign substances. A pressurized liquid normally packed air or an outward wheel is utilized to move the impacting material.
It is a very noisy job. Earmuffs or earplugs should be worn while doing abrasive blasting work. Only skilled workers should be allowed to do abrasive blasting jobs.

Process of Sandblasting
In this process, sand is poured into the sandblasting machine. There is a specific chamber in the sandblasting machine to pour the sand.

How many pressure bars used in sandblasting machine?
Normally 7 bars are used in the sandblasting machines to give optimum performance. Sometimes it can be reduced to 5-6 bars in pressure requirement is less.
