Are you a skilled civil engineer with a passion for managing surveying and construction projects?
Microcenter Group, located in Bahrain, is currently seeking a talented and experienced civil engineer to join their dynamic team.
As a civil engineer at Microcenter Group, your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of civil engineering projects, from the initial planning and design stages to the final engineering designs. You will conduct impact and feasibility studies on new construction sites, ensuring that each project meets industry standards and adheres to construction specifications.
To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and hold a state license and certification as a civil engineer. With at least 10 years of experience working on various projects, you’ll have the expertise needed to lead and guide junior engineers, construction managers, technicians, and contractors.
Your proficiency in civil engineering project management software, such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, 3DS Max, and City Engine, will be essential in designing and recommending improvements to computer-aided design (CAD) software drawings and schematics. You’ll also use your superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational skills to prepare project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
In addition to your technical expertise, your excellent communication and collaboration skills will play a crucial role in documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients.

For your convenience, our office is located in Tubli, and we prefer candidates who are already based in Bahrain or willing to relocate. As a civil engineer, you may occasionally need to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, so availability for such visits is essential.
