Purpose:
As a member of the Worley Graduate Community, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of the structural engineering department. Your role will involve assisting in delivering engineering services to both Worley and our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide structural engineering services that adhere to Worley’s, clients’, and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Engage in various structural engineering tasks, including contributing to studies, analyses, and recommended actions, and assisting in creating detailed designs, drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with the structural engineering team and project stakeholders, including clients.
  • Identify and address challenges, devising suitable solutions, and seeking guidance when necessary.

What You’ll Bring:
Technical and Industry Experience:

  • Possess potential experience from Vacation Student/Internship roles in engineering environments.
  • Exhibit practical and technical skills in structural engineering.
  • Possess fundamental knowledge of structural engineering requirements and a basic understanding of other engineering fields.
  • Develop proficiency in structural engineering software.
  • Show competence in using relevant software, such as MS Office Suite.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:

  • Hold a recognized and relevant engineering degree, or equivalent, leading to professional Engineer registration.
