The kitchen exhaust fan is a wall-mounted device as shown in the below figure. Ducted hoods are the most widely recognized. True to their name, they have a conduit that the air helps sent through. Working Principle of Kitchen Exhaust Fan
In this type of fan, angular blades are driven by an electric motor. These angular blades cut through the stationary air, gathering pieces of it and pushing them out of the kitchen. Thusly, natural fresh air from somewhere else comes into the room and consumes the space abandoned by the outgoing polluted air.
