Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with extensive experience in executing Infrastructure elements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review all Infrastructure activities and ensure their suitability and schedule.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders and report potential issues to management.
- Coordinate with Infra Contractors and Developers for smooth project execution.
- Manage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out according to the program.
- Obtain approvals for instructions to consultants and contractors from Project Director and the client.
- Identify priorities, develop organizational structure, and provide clear direction for task execution.
- Attend executive and progress meetings, monitoring performance and compliance with Key Performance Indicators.
- Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major projects.
- Ensure project operations comply with design specifications and government regulations.
- Establish performance criteria, prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement.
- Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
- Prepare various reports about operations, equipment, policies, and procedures.
- Collect and document Infrastructure learned lessons.
- Ensure quality of the product and monitor team members’ performance to comply with company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Nationality
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) required.
- 10+ years of experience in mega projects within the Construction/PMC industries.
- Ability to think ahead and identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.
