Blockboard has engineered compound plywood which comprises softwood stripes. These softwood stripes are joined edge to edge and then glued together under high pressure.

The standard size of the blockboard is 2440 x 1220 x 30 millimeters but it is available in different sizes.

2. Moisture Resistant Blockboard

Moisture-resistant blockboard is used in interior space such as partition, ceiling, wall paneling, etc.
